Accomodations
Master SR aft, two lower berths, ensuite head w/maring toiled, shower and wash basin. Aft companionway single pilot berth. Salon has convertible settee sleeps 1. Galley down to port forward of salon. Starboard guest SR sleeps 3. Guest head and shower amidships. Crew quarters w/sink and head sleeps 2 w/separate crew hatch access. Total accomodations for 9 including salon settee.
Hull, bottom, tanks and rigging are thoroughly sound. Decks are worn but tight. Refigeration system and all 32 V motors need to be rebuilt or replaced. Rub rails need renewal, hull sides/cabin exterior needs to be faired and repainted outside. Prior leakage has caused some delamination of some interior veneer.

Galley Equipment
Grunert refrigeration with top-loading freezer built-in. SS sink and countertops. Gimballed Paul Luke 3 burner propane stove/oven. 110V Microwave.
Hot/Cold pressure water system. Custom made solid teak gimbaled dining/salon table with folding top.

Manifold bilge suction from all watertight compartments and sump pump suction system. Heads now discharge overboard.
